The CSMS Legislative Committee has released the final Legislative Agenda for the 2015 General Assembly Session, which will begin on January 7.

The Agenda focuses on four primary topics:

• Professional Liability Insurance and Reform


• Contracting, Transparency and Fairness


• Physician Workforce Issues


• Proactive Public Health Initiatives
