Effective October 1, 2005, licensed physician/surgeons are required to participate in continuing medical education activities. A copy of the law and related explanatory information governing continuing medical education is contained in the accompanying link to the DPH Public Health Hearing Office. Licensed physicians must comply with all of the laws and regulations governing the profession.
