Connecticut 2009 Primary Care Survey

From October to December 2009, Connecticut family physicians, internists and pediatricians were asked to participate in a self-administered online survey. The research was conducted by the Connecticut State Medical Society in partnership with the Connecticut chapters of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Physicians. It was funded by a grant from the Universal Health Care Foundation of Connecticut.

Findings were published in the peer-reviewed medical journal Connecticut Medicine in the May and November/December 2010 issues. They are posted here for ease of use in your research. For permission to reprint, please contact Wanda Jacques-Gill.
